Recalculate Account Balances

This procedures does not need to be run unless you are specifically directed by EPASS technical support. Only in the event of a system crash or having to restore data would it be possibly required.

The Recalculate Account Balance procedure verifies that the balance seen in Customer Maintenance > Credit Tab is accurate.

Main Company: Unless you have multiple companies sharing one customer database, this option should always be checked.
